U can use any kind u can also use transmission fluid. toyota puts trans mission fluid in the car powersteering systems at new so it can lube the parts better.

drill a hole very carefuly into the center of bolt. use a easy out to try and remove it. or you can type in on computer,( how to remove broken head bolt). and it will give you more options.
I know from experience that you should only use manufacturer recommended fluids in your transmission, Especially toyota, they are very peculiar about the fluids you use in them. Although the fluid you put in it may not cause any harm, it is always best to use the fluids recommended.
you have air in the lines from changing everything out. if the put and rack and pinion are new you have to work the wheel back and forth to get the air out of the lines
check all of the fluids, check all sensors.
get a hayes book on you car and change what ever need to be changed.
