Battery went dead, jumped with portable jumper unit. After this, vsc, abs and brake lights came on along with high-pitched alarm. Loss of power assist to brakes. The battery is rel. new. Removed it and put charge on it. Have removed terminals and held together for 2 min to reset computers. Have pulled codes from diagnostic port under hood (paper clip method) [5-1, 5-2, 5-6]
Have a auto check it out and run proper diagnostics 2 reset the codes via computer
Thank you. The OBD-2 diagnostic pulled 5 codes relating to ABS system. Had lost brake assist. Toyota dealer said brake booster needs R/R, however the mechanic just tapped on the unit and module and the pump started running again, all alarms off. When I picked up the 4Runner the problem and alarms returned. Can I service this unit? Just sounds like vaccume, ports etc may just be sticking.

I think removing the security system is somehow related and you created this problem as to what you did I would have no idea. If the car was in my shop I would require at least 2 hours of diagnostic time to try and figure what you did.. You are going to need the dealer service dept on this one my friend.
