Two things to check. First I would make sure that the front of the car, where the condenser is, is clean. Make sure you have air flow threw the condenser and radiator. Second check the freon level. The pressure on the low side should be 40 to 50 psi. The condenser is the part of the A/C system that releases the heat, the cooler you can keep this the cooler the inside air will be. That is why it is important to keep the bugs cleaned out of these.
first check and see when you turn on the air if the compressor turns on when the car is running and if it does you just need to charge it with freon you can get it at any autozone store. but if it doesn't turn when the switch is depressed on the dash but light comes on you need to charge the system with freon

Series 92 to 98 Fog Light Replacement-
To install a fog light, insert a flat blade screwdriver
through
the front bumper grill and release the fog light retaining
clip.
Remove the fog light and disconnect the wiring harness.
Installation
is the reverse of removal.
