Lean mixture on Bank 1, but htis is a 4 cyclinder vehicle, so you only have bank 1. The most likely reason is the the new O2 sensor is a bad one, or the connection is bad. Sensors come in different qualities, in my view, Denso are the best.
unfortunately you have been given the causes for the code
take it to accredited service centers with experience on your make of vehicle and get quotes to fix
try to stay from the local garage as they can get expensive with getting it fixrd
If you have correctly retrieved this code, then this relates to your transmission:
Code P0768 = Shift Solenoid D Electrical
Shift solenoids are responsible for the shifting behaviour of your transmission. This code has been triggered due to an 'out of spec' condition of this particular solenoid.
These solenoids can usually be "tapped into" (operated/tested remotely) using the manufacturer's factory scan tool, without removing or dismantling of the transmission.
I recommend you have this solenoid inspected and if definately out of spec, then the transmission fluid should be drained, trans sump cover removed and the Solenoid D 'resistance' measured.
The solenoids can usually be replaced when the sump is removed (transmission still in vehicle).

for awhile or can you start it. turn it off an start right back up an not have
to crank it for awhile? if not could be the fuel pump will not hold a prime.
