Replace Emc on Cadillac - 2004 Cadillac CTS

The ecm is located in the side panel by your feet on the passenger side

I would hope so if the EMC is not fried and if the fuses are burnt.

Try a complete unit from scrappers complete with transponder and the chip from the key

The digital dash in this model is really a computer display, these are full of logic chips and hundreds of other parts, they do fail and then the cluster blanks out, it is fairly common on this model. You will need to pull the clutter out of the car and send it in to one of the many GM licensed repair facilities that rebuild these dash clusters. The one I use is called "Speedotach" they are a nation wide firm.

HI ECM is the computer that controls your engine ,electronic control module .its behind your glove compartment .

Sounds that the computern need reflashed. migiht have to replace it

When was last time you replaced, fuel filter, plugs and wires, and had the injectors cleaned.
