Radil fuse shoul be in the REAR power distribution fuse block located in trunk under spare tire carpeted panel. The black cover on top of fuse panel should have the fuse listed.

SOURCE: where is the thermostat located

more than likely the thermostat is located at the engine side of the LOWER rad hose... follow the lower rad hose to the front of the engine and you will find your t-stat.

SOURCE: The horn on my 2008

Being a 2008, your Charger should still be covered under warranty. Take advantage of your warranty and have the dealer address the horn issue your having. There is a short that has caused your horn fuse to go bad.

Thank you for using fixya and be safe

I have an 2011 dodge charger, the radio and screen doesn't come on. Please help me with this problem.

You should have an owners manual in the Flovent box. Search in the index for fuses. There should be a couple for the radio circuit. Locate and check all the fuses for the radio. If none of the radio fuses are blown than the problem may be a little more serious, possible a bad radio unit.

The clock and the radio went out in my 2003 Dodge Caravan. Also the lighter I use for a charger is out. Do I simply need a new fuse? I think the charger may have broke off a piece into the lighter that may...

it is possible that the remaining piece of your charger has shorted it out and blown the fuse. If you look through your owners manual it will tell you the location of the fuse panel and which fuse is for the cig lighter and radio........sorry im not familiar with these locations on your vehicle or i would tell you exactly where it is
hope this helps!

New 208 dodge charger with factory wig wag lights sometimes work and sometimes don't

To activate factory wigwags in a 2007/2008 Police Dodge Charger, connect pin 1 of the 24way upfitter connector found at the console (near the radio) to battery voltage -- the 47k series resistor is only required for MY2006.

That connection causes the VSIM module (located under the AM/FM radio) to send a CAN message to the FrontControlModule, where the front control module drives the headlights in the wigwag mode.

Pin 2 of the upfitter connector does the rear wigwags.

Some of the pinout of the 2008 upfitter connector from the VSIM to the console is different than 2006/2007 -- a Chrysler harness booboo for 2008.

Note that the VSIM (also known as PTIM) module is only on factory police Chargers -- civilian cars do not have this module.
