Just changed coil and still no spark suzuki forenza 2006

Basic first check your fuses 2nd you got a check engine get it scan tell me the code if you got a crank sensor trouble code change it it will start

Is there a way I can reset my computer in my 2006 Suzuki forenza to clear p2135 code? The same code pops up 2 times. engine light goes on and off randomly. Changed throttle body, transmission range...

yes. disconnect the battery COMPLETELY and let it sit for a bit(30 minutes) hook it back up.

2006 suzuki forenza engine light keeps coming on with p2135 code. I had the range sensor replaced and put 2 different throttle bodies in it. The engine light still comes on and goes off all of the tim

You don't fix it installing one let alone 2 throttle bodies
who did that

The shop you went to did not use the codes correctly
to diagnose the problem,so I won't guess with out factory
reference material

You doctor performs tests when you go there

So you car has to also be properly tested

Code don't indicate a fail part

If you had a ford product I would say you have bad ignition
coils setting the unrelated throttle body codes

On your I would need to study the vehicles systems as
should have the folks that took you money & guessed

I took a guick look using google & the code so you can do that
Doubt you will understand much & I think it goes much deeper
than the factory

check whether you have air sucked by the engine,or stepper motor if is fitted not working or dirty throttle body.

My 2008 suzuki forenza spits out a code saying it needs a TPS but most people are saying that you have to buy the whole throttle body but they sell the TPS by itself...so why would they sell it if you cant...

No OBD2 fault code tells you it needs a part, the codes indicate a problem in the systems input or output, that can be the actual part/sensor or it can be the wiring harness or the PCM (computer) This is where years of training come into play.

Where is the throttle position sensor on a 2007 suzuki forenza

on a 2006 it is on the throttle body at the throttle plate. There are actually three TPS sensors in this configuration. One attached to the gas pedal. One attached to the throtle body And, one located inside the top of the engine block. The defective TPS sensor is removable with four screws. American Suzuki has to be a pain in the *** by selling it only as part of the entire throttle body.

Check with your loacol suzuki for recall not sure on this part but it is a common problem

Would you say suzuki forenza 06 is a good car to buy?

They have been doing well and there problems are fewer than most. Sounds like you have a pretty good car. Have those trouble codes checked and repaired though so it does'nt cause problems down the road. Good luck.

Did you read the FSM on this, and if not why not?
The FSM (only) shows what to do here.

you need to conduct the FSM tests. line by line.
its unique to this car, and this engine,
fly by wire bs. (TBW , throttle by wire)

there are calibration steps, did you do them.
did you drive for 1 day , and hope it calibrates its self yet?

340 means sensor dead, misfiring or unplugged. your post implied it was fixed. try posting all codes , that come back after scan tool resets all codes, you drive and they come back in 1 day drive. you never said how it drives. why not state that too. just DTC thrown.

Check and keep in mind that TPS (located on the left driver side of the throttle body), is not replaceable as an individual component. Have been told there is an Accelerator Pedal Module (APM) on the accelerator pedal that could also be a possible cause, works in conjunction with TPS apparently.

Also, I suggest visit your dealer and ask about this TSB (Technical Service Bulletin):

What this means is your engine breather pipe is perished or split or the diaphgram inside the breather is choked up or the split
