My tranny is slippin and transmission is low on fluid where do i add?

to add transmission fluid, lift the hood.
look near rear of engine for a thin tube with a dipstick
NOT THE engine oil dipstick,.
to add transmission fluid, you will need a narrow funnel that will fit in dipstick tube.
and that is where you add the fluid

Transmission slips in second gear 98 chevy blazer 4 wheel drive automatic

it sounds as if you need to replace the transmission...i don't really thing that a flush or service will help at this point...if trans is slippin already, locate a transmission from your local auto wreckers and replace it...or go new..

4 runner reverse slippin

The bands in your transmission are on their way out.. It doesn't do it (as bad) in 4lo because of the low gearing.
Time for a transmission rebuild or replacement.
