Air conditioning blowing hot air. clutch does not tun on I tried to add freeon but the pressure gauge marks that its full.
First check that all electrical connections to/from your air conditioning components are tight and secure with no broken or chaffed wires and connectors, or oil swollen connection points. Then check that all fuses and relays involved in the operation of your air conditioning system are operational. If all is good, then remove the belt around the air conditioner compressor pulley. Get a wrench and try to turn the front of the compressor pulley. It should turn with little to no resistance. If it wont move or is very hard to turn, it is probably locked up and needs repair or replacement. If it moves, then the compressor part is OK, but your clutch would likely need replacement. Some model cars its cheaper to just replace the whole compressor than to rebuild the clutch. Jaguar sounds expensive - I would seek out a junk yard. Good luck.
Testimonial: "this was very help full. thank you."
SOURCE: air conditioner just -barely- cools.
im not sure what you are trying to ask but it sounds to me like your blend door is not switching

Have the a/c checked for freon. Also make sure the a/c compressor is coming on when you turn on the switch.
SOURCE: My air conditioning was blowing
It should have been diagonosed already if you had a compressor installed, They are to check for leaks, and should have replaced any bad o-rings,
When the system is vacuumed (a mechine applies a vac. to remove any moister in the system) it is to sit for min. 15 minutes with pump off, any if the gauge shows that vac. has changed (should be a neg pressure) then there is a leak.
I would take it back, but I would only pay for parts.
Check out this site and maybe it will enlighten you how A/C systems work. Good luck
