How do I remove the plastic seat panel on the back of the front seats on a 2004 Chrysler Pacifica? I have to fish wires through the seat to install an aftermarket headrest DVD player. Thank you!

Should be under passenger seat or right front kick panel near the firewall, or behind the radio. Or in the trunk. Dodge and Chrysler are usually under the front passenger seat. I would check there first.
In most cars, this is a *huge* undertaking and will involve stripping out nearly everything under the windshield to the front seats. You'll be removing dozens and dozens of screws, bolts, nuts, clips and other fasteners before you can even touch it. Once you have it, you should also replace the dryer/filter, too. Then put it all back together again. This is an expensive job because it is so labor intensive. It is not for the weak of heart as the car will probably be apart for several days.
If you pop the back panel off your seat on the bottom right hand side you will find the motor for the recline and it has one T30 bolt and a shaft going through the center witch if you remove the clip on the right side of the shaft it will slide out far enough to remove the motor.Follow the wire down to the bottom of the seat almost to the floor the plug is there. When putting in the new motor it is easiest to have some one help you by pushing the button back and forth to line up the shaft and bolt hole.hope this helps you out.
If any power seat is not operational in any direction, check the power seat circuit breaker, located in the Integrated Power Module.Black box above battery Obtain a DRB III(R) scan tool and check for any stored diagnostic trouble codes recorded in the memory heated seat adjustable pedal module. Follow the procedures called out in the proper diagnostic procedures to resolve if codes are presentModule could be bad if not circuit braker
The sensor could be on for many reasons. There are three sensors on the cars front. Front center and the two side frame rails near the tires. Also the seats have sensors that will notify the air bag module if someone is sitting in that particular seat. Any one of these items can be at fault
you may not always have to replace sensors, but you will have to change the airbag module (usually under front seat, sometimes in middle of dash) To remove the passenger airbag you have to take out the dash.
