Vehicle smoking Oil and water checked yesterday. Filled up by smoking again now. What do I do

you need to have engine checked and possibly rebuilt or replaced, this not a quick easy fix.

Did you overfill your car with oil? Did you check the dipstick? Is that why you are thinking there's too much oil? What color is the smoke coming out of the exhaust? If it's white, you could have an issue with the piston rings, as the oil burns it's leaking out through the cylinder piston rings if they are worn down.

White smoke out the tail pipe is a sign of water! Black smoke is excess carbon, dark grey is oil.

Possible that you have a leaking head gasket that is getting water into the cylinders?

Check your radiator hoses first, but it sounds like your water pump needs to be replaced.

what kind of vehicle is it?

open the hood and visually see where the smoke it coming from ,, if its the radiator ,, or its over flowing, check the thermostat it could be stuck, if its from the front of the motor, check the belt to make sure its not bad. look at the oil fill cap,, did it get replaced correctly? that would cause oil to spray all over the motor and cause a burning smell and cause smoke . the cold air issue can be checked by checking the thermostat , make sure the antifreeze is filled in the vehicle,, and if your vehicle has one,, check the flapper that changes the air flow from the vents to the correct location

Sounds like your head gasket has gone bad. you may have noticed white smoke comeing out of the exhust. do not run this engine without changeing the oil or you will destroy the engine, and if the head gasket is leaking it will dump water or antifreeze into the oil again.you can take a compression check on the engine to tell you what head gasket is bad.

Blue smoke usually means your buring oil. I recommend bringing the vehicle to a repair shop and have them determine whether the problem is engine mechanical ,Defective PCV valve, or an over oil filled engine or transmission.

Check the oil make sure that the water is not mixing with the oil. Smoke and losing water is a tale tale sign of a blown head gasket

The white strip of fluid on the oil is a slight amount of coolant getting into the oil . The water could be from condensation on the dip stick. I would drain the oil and just put regular recommended oil in it with a new filter. I would pull the spark plugs and check for any coolant or oil residue on them.Then drive the vehicle a little and check the performance. If there is unusual noise from the engine then or blue smoke from the tailpipe the engine has internal damage.

Assuming the engine performance stays the same. There could be a fuel injector sticking intermitantly.
