This is unlikely to be a fuse, since the fuse that controls the windows and moon roof also control the anti-lock brake system, courtesy lights, floor lights, ignition lights. If you find all those are not working then sure, replace fuse 15 with a 10 amp. It will probably be marked "Dome" on the fuse box panel.
This fuse box will be in the engine. Fuse 15 will be the first left side fuse in the longer line of uses. You can see the diagram here.

Is the motor receiving power? If not you have to check electrical system to locate the place that is not transmitting power. Could be a fuse/relay, switch, bad connection.
If the motor is turning and nothing happens then the drive mechanism from motor to sunroof is stripped. Not good.
Try the fuse- fuse in the kick pannel inside the car.. I believe it is the third fuse going towards the front of the car, bottom row. The fuse pannel I have labels it as GAUGE, I believe it was a red ten. This fuse controls both windows, sunroof, and the antenna.
Use a test light and check if getting power on that hot wire at the connection to motor. Check it back to the fuse panel by holding the down button if window up and vice-versa. Since motor was replaced, You know it's good but no power to it. It's got to be a broken wire or unplugged somewhere. Find that spot with a test light. ALL you can do is test it till you find that broken spot.
power window motors work off of a relay as well as the sunroof the four by four light flashing on and off is indication of transfer case problems this truck is about to get expensive to keep
Some customers may comment that the sunroof will no longer respond to the control switch while in a vented, partially opened, or fully opened position.
Cause
A software issue with the sunroof control module may cause the sunroof control module to incorrectly indicate a "closed" position, which may result in no power to the sunroof motor.

Ok, first thing is to do a fuse check. check all fuses in the fuse box area for blown circuits. replace any fuse that is blown. there will be a fuse layout on the back side of the fuse panel door. this layout will show a readable diagram of where the fuses you Will need to check are located.
