I want to disconnect the horn; because it can't stop beeping with the fuse in.
There is a couple of ways to disconnect the horn. The easiest of which is to remove the fuse in the fuse panel. The horn itself is located behind the front grill to the side or lower portion of the radiator. You could disconnect wire from it but, my suggestion would be to fix the problem. The horn is an important safety feature. How else would you alert a driver, who has failed to check their blind spot, and is moving into your lane about to collide with you? That is just one scenario but there are countless situations that may require that you use your horn and in some states it is required by law to work properly.
I suggest you post a question asking why it keeps honking and how to fix it. Include details such as what you were doing when it became stuck and any related service recently preformed. Good Luck.

It should be under the hood in the power distribution box next to the battery, sometime's called the relay fuse center.

The way this car was made is for this problem to ONLY be fixed by the dealer! No other repair shop just cost me $700+ dollars. There are no other solutions. Sorry. The dealer will say it's a cluster. It's because of the built in security system, and no it can be removed.

But you need to understand that this may not fix the problem anyways and may have to dig deeper which needs to be done by a qualified tech. If your car is blowing some cool air it is probably just low and will work if you add a little freon.
