inspect tank unit and harness for burnt connections

The Brougham is the rear wheel drive version - so the washer pump is mounted on the wiper motor.
Depending on what is wrong with the pump, you could replace it or rebuild it.
A mechanic would make sure the wiper motor is getting power to the pump when you engage the switch.

This vehicle does NOT have a fuel intertia cutoff switch like Ford vehicles. As a safety shutoff, it uses the oil pressure switch. If the engine stops and loses oil pressure, the oilpressure switch cuts off the fuel pump power. There is NO reset on this vehicle

there is a relay for the fuel pump beside the air filter on my 91 f150 4x4 4.9L i6 300 I am having having problems with fuel pump also. hope this helps!

you'll need to remove the door Panel to access the door speakers,the door panel will be held in with several screws.

I believe the Front Door Speakers in a brougham of that year are 4x6".

Should drop down into the tank from about the top center. There is a retainer ring that needs to be rotated. I dont think there is a fuse but there is a fuel pump relay, and a fuel cut-oof switch in the event of an accident. Usually though, it's the fuel pump itself that stops working.

The fuel gauge sender is located in the fuel tank. Hope this helps
