This seldom works, and the reason is because the radio system and steering wheel controls are monitored and operated by the Body Control Module on the 5 volt Can Bus System. When you connect your new Android box, the computer won't have a clue what is going on! Be prepared for a whole heap of trouble.

If you are replacing the factory radio with this there are two issues that could be causing you grief. First, the radio only has 14 watts RMS power output. This is rather low by standards. Additionally, that is factored into a 4-ohm speaker load. Chances are that the factory speakers are 8-ohm, which will cause further loading. You should consider replacing the speakers with 4-ohm and possibly add an amplifier to the system to achieve optimal performance.
there are 2 ways to install a radio, (skipping hacked in)
1: the stock car adapter kit, sold everywhere even walfart.
2: or using the sony , install sheet and wire names
match those to car, names.

+12vdc wire to same , ignition on. power.
memory wire to memory wire.
dial light to same.
LF speaker to LF speak
and the like, matched 1 for 1.
antenna to antenna.
Did you use the correct harness adapter for the aftermarket radio? The factory radio systems use Class 2 serial data communications between the body computer module and the radio. The class 2 communications is what "wakes up" the radio.
Check out www.scosche.com and see if your vehicle might also require an interface module.
