I HAVE A 2007 NISSAN SENTRA. WHEN I BOUGHT IT THE AIR CONDITIONER RAN GREAT. NOW IT DOESNT BLOW AS HARD AS IT USED TO AND IT TAKES FREAKIN FOREVER TO COOL DOWN. I NOTICED I HAD A IN CABIN AIR FILTER, I DONT KNOW WHAT THIS IS OR WHERE IT IS. IF THIS IS REPLACED WILL IT HELP WITH THE AIR CONDITIONING PROBLEM?
Most cabin filters are behind the glove box and require you to remove a stop screw to open the glove box completely to allow access to the filter....check your owners manual for exact replacment instructions. If the A/C is still not cooling well, purchase a can or R134a with a pressure guage at you local auto parts store and follow the directions on recharging the system. If you need to recharger it again later, have the system inspected for a leak.
Yes it probably will, but i can't tell you where it is either. Do you have a manual? Another thing you should check is your AC rad. Be sure it's not obstructed with bugs or dirt. If it's plugged... it's not going to work. I always have a screen in front of the rad on anything i own.
