SOURCE: change a flat tire

The wheel is just rusted on the hub. Just take a rubber mallet and hit a few times. Or kick it a few times. This is a very common thing.

SOURCE: Toyota diesel hilux D4D noisy engine.just

Take the Vehicle back to the Installer/Supplier, for a Free of Charge CHECK and ADVISE under New Engine Warranty. If the OIL PRESSURE is LOW, when starting up from COLD, there is a genuine fault, so do not drive any distance.

SOURCE: problem started on my way

Hi, this sounds to me like the inside pads are worn down enough to give off the warning sound that the pads are about to hit metal. It will make this noise even when you don't apply the brakes. You will here it in reverse and in drive. Look at the rims to see if they have black break dust on them or the hub caps, which ever you may have. I would jack it up and block back wheel first, set parking brake and remove the tire. Take a light and look at the inside and outer rotor for wear and the thickness of the pads. If the pads are worn bad and the rotors are down to metal, you will need to remove the rotors and go to Kragen auto and they will turn them for around $20.00 per rotor. Pads are around $22.00 to do both front wheels. You may get away just replacing the pads. If this is something you would like a brake shop to take on, you will at least know what the noise was, and hopefully you caught it in time. Be sure not to forget to rate me as I know you will be kind to me. Please keep me posted on this as I will be checking in with you.
Sincerely,
Shastalaker7

Low pitch whirring sound coming from front end when above 30 mph

It could be that you have a front wheel bearing that is getting noisy. Have someone ride in the RF seat and listen to the noise to try to figure out which front wheel the noise is coming from.
Also , check the tread pattern of the front tires to see if it has some unusual choppy pattern forming.

2010 Toyota venza started making noise in the front end sounds like mud grips roaring on the road. we replaced the tires as they had 51000 miles, but the sound did not stop

A couple of ideas for you.
1) When the tires were replaced, in the process of doing that , the car was lifted off the ground somehow, causing the front wheels to "drop".
Please check most carefully the plastic liners ( there are several) that surround the wheels, and see if one or some are rubbing the tires whilst you are driving down the lane.
2) If that is not the problem, jack up one front wheel at a time, and block or "scotch" the other three, and start the engine, and engage the transmission, and see if you might have a bad wheel bearing. ( it should be noisy).
You may choose, ever so carefully, to use a "mechanic's stethoscope", which is a long handled screwdriver, wherein you put the wood handle to your ear, and the metal tip at various places under the car to try to identify the source of the noise.
God bless your efforts.

2004 avalanche..46k miles..was making a noise that sounded like something was warped ..abs would engage below 5 mph..took to repair shop and they replaced both front hubs..said the abs was fixed ..sensors...

Try rotating your tires from front to back. It may help with the noise. Get a front-end alignment which can also help with the noise by correcting a "rub" sound that originates from the 2 front tires fighting each other for control.

The place which replaced your bearings is probably correct. When you get bad bearings they do not always fail evenly across the 360 degree turning of the bearing race. If you imagine a donut with a flat spot representing your bearing- as the donut spins with the flat spot cause by a disintegrating roller, the tire is bolted to the donut. The tire is going to hit the pavement differently every rotation because of the play in the bearing is at that same spot.

This play will create small cups in the tire shape at the low spot transmitted by the bearing. When you replaced the bearing , the marks in your tire tread remained. These edges need to be worn off. Or some tire stores can Shave a tire, in an attempt to make it round again.

If you have a normal size spare, you can put the spare on the left front side of your vehicle and see if the noise goes away. If the rims are different on the spare, you can have everything remounted and pay for rebalancing and put the unused spare as a front tire. Then you know the spare is at least good as a spare, but noisy.

Sounds like a clunking noise, like the sound you hear when you have a flat tire, Tire isnt flat. turning right on the wheel lessons the sound but stays the same turning left. noise seems to be getting...

its a wheel bearing. .will need to be inspected to determine the correct one. Also tires could also do this if the steel seperated internally. Rotate the suspected tire to see if it follows the tire.

I have a creaking noise coming from the front driver side when making turns at low speed. Also, the front driver side tire is wearing off on the inside. Kim

the tie road end + rack end is the main proplem for making your tire wearing off
the noisy at slow speed coming from tire
you can check that by make the tire free by putting the car on the lift then you catch the tire from side and try to move it (in-out) if its move that mean you need to change even tie road end or rack end or both

Noisy car

It could be many things including one or more wheel bearings but your description of the noise is vague. Only a hands-on inspection by an experienced person will find the culprit.
