by taking it to the dealer. the rx400 is a complicated machine and in some cases very dangerous. if you grab the wrong wire you could have 220v of electricity run through your body and kill you. for things like this you would need to disable the hybrid powertrain via the service plug on the hybrid battery(in the trunk) then take the radiator support off, remove the horn wire harness, unplug the fan controller, move the wire harness out of the way, remove the upper radiator hose, unbolt the 4 10mm bolts holding the fan shroud in place and pull out the fan assembly. be cautious of the orange and yellow wire looms, yellow is the airbag harness and orange is the high voltage harness.
