Where can i find a interior fuse diagram diagram of my 1998 mazda familia/protege auto transmission EFI DOHC 16 valve car?

Your owners manual should have that info in it., If not get a repair manual from an auto store like a chilton or haynes they should also have the information.

What type transmission does a 1994 mazada protege auto . F3A?

I'm seeing a lot of 1994 Mazda Protege problems so if you do replace it I would recommend a new trans and not a rebuilt or junk yard trans.
Most car repair shops use Jasper Transmissions most likely because they build them better than the original!

Blown main fuse on 2003 mazda protege 5.

There are two bolts on the side of the fuse itself. Under the fuse box on each side. Unbolt those and it will come out.
