No 12volts fuse box under hood - DeVille Cadillac Cars & Trucks

im not getting 12volts on connestor a on the left side of icm i ????? ICM - ignition control module ? Has only one power wire - Pink connector 2 - terminal B , Gets B+ voltage from fuse ELEK /IGN 15 amp fuse located in the under hood electrical center #1

there could be a black plastic box that has fuses but also you will find relays. From the relay you can find the socket that feeds 12v directly into the headlight and see if headlight is ok and if the relay is suppling 12v to the headlight. Also from the relay you can also check if the switch is supplying 12v to the relay coil with a voltmeter or a 12 volt probe tester. you may have a faulty relay but you could test this via a volt meter.
you may have blown globes by getting a wire and putting terminal connectors that match the relay legs and manually supplying the 12volts to the headlights from the relay socket you can test if the globes light up . So basically you are doing the relays job

fuse box is on the right side of the dash to the left of the glove box not under the hood.

The fuse box is beside the battery under the hood. The fuses and what they relate to is marked under the lid of that fuse box. Use same size fuse if it needs replacing. If in doubt check all the 15 to 30 amp fuses.

It's on the right front corner of the engine comp. Then there is the one under the rear seat and the one on the drivers on the bottom of the door pillar (a-pillar).

Is it #20 on the fuse box diagram in the manual? If it is it's the big sliver one at the bottom labeled 4.8amps 12volts. My wipers went out, I replaced that one and that fixed it. I'm talkn' bout the fuse box on the driver side next to your foot. If it's not it then good luck!

should be one fuse box under dash on driver side and one under hood!

Check all fuses under dash and under hood with a 12volts auto test light. Check the fan switch and check for power to the fan blower motor. Please ask any other concerns.

YOUR FUSE BOX UNDER THE HOOD IS LOCATED BESIDE THE BATTERY RIGHT SIDE THAT IS AWAY FROM THEWINDSHEILD, ITS A BLACK BOX RECTANGLE SHAPE IT HAS A COVER OVER IT SNAP THE COVER OFF AND YOU WILL SEE THE FUSES

It is in the fuse and relay box on the driver side fender, under the hood.
