You will first need to remove the plastic piece behind the inner door handle that you use to pull the door shut with and there should be a 10mm bolt inside there behind the insulation. The plastic cover behind the inner door lever handle will need to come out. It's only in with clips. Remove the reflective lens on the end of the panel and you will see a phillips head screw inside. It's a long screw so be ready for many turns to get it out. Next, your power window controls will need to come out and they are only snapped into place but be careful with them because plastic prongs can be broken off if not pried out in the right direction. The same goes for the door lock switch. Unplug both once out. You will also see a triangle plastic piece (can break easily) towards the front top side of the panel. Make sure it clears it's way out when removing the panel. The rest of the panel is held up with downward facing plastic clips. Sounds hard but really it's all pretty simple. Study the back of the panel before putting it back on and take your time.

So as not to be repetitive, for the failure of your power driver side window and rear window, review this handy diagnostic article, which identifies the possible causes, from a bad fuse, relay to window motor, etc.:

Need to remove windshield 1987 gmc jimmy ( full size) for rust repair

They are glued in with Urethane adhesive sealant and must be cut out. There are special tools for cutting it. You can use an "L" shaped knife with a cable to pull it or something like a piano wire to saw through it. You will need some help from a good friend. Be sure to treat all the metal and glass that will be exposed to the urethane window weld with a special primer that is made for that purpose.

My 93 tracker has rust holes in the floor panel under the rear seats. Where can I get a replacement panel in Ireland? Can I install a new panel over the old panel after removing or treating the rust on...

That will be very difficult to find. Your best bet would be take it to an auto body shop. and have them treat the rust and weld a panel over the old one and treat it with rust proofing. if you plan on keeping it for a long while.

I am trying to change tire on rear and it will not come off? All the lugs are off and still on tight. Is there something under the cap that also holds tire on?

Sounds like rust. This is a man against beast with hammer issue. Usually the inner ring or hub on the wheel rusts on to the axle flange, and is really quite tenacious. You need to use rust buster of some type, and kicking the tire at various degrees around the outer part of the tire...

Conisder pulling sanding and treating the same area on all of your wheels, as at some point you will need to take a wheel off along side a highway...

The sunroof is powered by the same circuit breaker that power's your power window, so if your windows work than the circuit breaker should be good. You needed test the switch to verify if works with; on the factory sunroof system the roof is controled by a sunroof module the module receives a signal from the switch then throws voltage to the sunroof motor. The motor and module are located between the sunroof assembly and windshield underneath the head liner. You would reconnected the switch and test to see if the sunroof motor is getting power when the switch is in use by testing the dark green wire when closing and a light green wire when opening. Cannot remove outside door handle

If you look under the handle you will see two round flat rivet heads. You will need to remove the door skin. Roll the window all the way down. Pull the plastic trim up off the window regulator arm/handle and unscrew it, there is a screw inside the arm rest in the place where your fingers go, and another screw behind the inside door handle that holds the plastic molding in place. After those are unscrewed it is just a matter of popping off the skin with a suitable pry bar or trim plug pry bar tool (the door skin is attached by plastic barbed plugs that go around the outside of the door) Pry from the bottom 1st, then the sides. Lift skin away from door from bottom and then pull up to remove skin from door...this will release it from the top where the skin attaches inside the door next to the glass.
Temporarily attach the window handle and roll up the window. Cut the doors inside plastic liner to gain access to the inside (Duct Tape this all back up air tight when re-assembly). Keep that window handle close...you may have to adjust the window height to move the glass/arm out of your way.
Once the outside handle is drilled out (use a big drill bit and go just deep enough to break the head off then use a punch to drive out the rivet) you just have to unhook the metal arm that goes to the latch. Bolt on a new handle and re-assembly is reverse of disassembly. Take advantage of having the inside of the door open to lube up the window regulator or even spray a good dose of Rust Check etc inside to protect it from rust. Rangers are pretty bad for having the bottoms of the doors rust out.
