My 2004 honda civic ex with 208K miles has had a dull noise for a few month. The noise increases as mph increases. Noise increases further on gentle turns to right, as if roads sweeps right and car is traveling at 45 mph or more. Sound reminds me of a 4X4 truck with siped tires. There is no clicking or tapping, no metal on metal sound. I thought it was the snow tires, but the noise remained the same after switching to summer tires.

the tires make steady noise , check the wheel bearing as noises get high and low at the same speed , and i also would check for diff if it's 4wd.

have your car 4 wheel aligned this will adjust your rear caster and, camber.
have your wheel bearings checked
SOURCE: clunk noise from front passenger side when
That noise sounds to me like a Ball Joint problem. I would check to see if you have fittings to grease the front suspention.
Good luck, Allen
