Clicking from transmission when turning right or parked on hill with driver side down hill. change axles they are new but still making noise.

Have you been the one doing the work if not fire your mechanic. It sounds to me like a wheel bearing.
to check jack up the front wheels , leave the tires on, then grab teh tire move the wheel up/down then left/right then in/out if it moves in any of these directions you got a problem in and out is the bearing, left to right a steering componant, up down ball joint general slop is either a CV joint or the wheel bearing again.
If that is all good on both sides then is may be teh trransmission has an issue get it to a shop for a look. hope this helps

Most likely you have to replace it, try car-parts.com for used parts from salvage yards

you have a bad starter or wire going to the starter

This problem is caused by the headlight gear being stripped. If you go on ebay, there is someone who sells brass headlight gears. Once you put the gear in, you will not have this problem again. . . unless the other gear goes bad. It's usually the driver's side headlight that does it.
