When u put the sunfire in drive the engine shifts. is this cause the torque motor mount is bad

The torque strut, which is mounted underneath on the passenger side is what controls the front to back movement of the engine. The engine will shift slightly with a healthy torque strut, but shouldn't move more that an inch or so. The torqu strut is easily changed, but you will want the front wheels off the ground as you will have to manipulate the motor somewhat to get the bolts started.

How do i replace my spark plug wires in the rear of my 97 chevy lumina? do i have to take the engine mounts off and pull it back?

You have to remove the torque strut, at top and
your front/radiator side and either pry the engine
to the front of car or buy the tool that goes into the
strut mount for that purpose. It draws the engine away
from firewall
