check the fluid level in the brake master cylinder as it appears that the abs pump is running short of fluid to pump. Check for leaks at the wheels and broken brake lines.
their is a button on the peddle in which pops out when the break is applied..........Either the peddle is not reieasing all the way due to adjustment or the button is corroded and stuck in the out possition...........Hope this helps.

could be, or a loose connection in the charging circuit, check the battery connections, the alternater to battery charging wires for breaks and damage in general.The belt could be loose or worn, or the voltage regulator could be faulty.
First thing to do is chk. the fuse for break lights, if thats ok, than i would say its the break light switch. As far as the right taillight, that could be as simple as a bad bulb.
The instrument lights & hazard lights are on the same fuse - marked HZD Lp in the fuse box. If the hazard lights work then you have probably just turned the instrument lights off by the rotary control on the dash.
