you may have the larger fuses blown . they are often located in a different space to the normal fuses!

I have a 2004 ram 2500 and all my lights work except for low beams. It is not in the switch, I haver replaced the switch with no change. This is a circuit problem with these dodge pickups. I haven't firgured out what it is but it isn't the switch. and unless the low beams and high beams are fused seperate, it isn't a fuse problem either. i have looked for a fuse and can't even find the fuse for the headlights. Im lost like you!

The problem might be in your headlight switch, or dimmer/turning signal switch. you should have them checked. i had a 96 yukon that had no dims, i replaced the switch and it fixed my problem.

You can look on drivers side inner fender well, there should be a relay / fuse center. Inside of there you have fuses for either, high beam or low beam. Or they will be as right headlamp and right headlamp. And possibly others that may be blown, like 50 amp battery, but mainly i think that controls taillights, dashlights & marker lights and you say them all work..I hope this helps you out.

What would cause the blinker to blink very fast and the left rear blinker doesn't work.

You obviously have a bad connection somewhere in the taillight. Some trucks it is a common problem and the taillight circuit board is the problem.

No power to right side (PS) headlight low beam plug socket, new bulb, fuse is good. High beam works, blinker works, park light works. just no low beam and doesn't register any voltage on volt meter.

check low beam fuse when switched on if it has voltage registering across the fuse ,if there is voltage across the low beam RHS fuse then it is possibly a pinched wire from the headlight running back towards inside of the car

I'd be willing to bet your dash lights don't work either when you turn the headlight on.change the headlight switch, it has a short, it's only about 11 dollars at advance auto, and is fairly easy to replace. my 93 chevy did same thing, changed headlight switch, problem solved

No inst. panel,parking,taillights

I would check the ground wire for the parking light circuit, especially around and in the light socket where you replaced the bulb.

Dash and running lights does not work, everything

The fuse to the taillights/running lights?
It can't be a grounding problem if both taillights and dash don't work.
If only taillights don't work, it would be suspicious grounding.
