Hard to find parts for a Damante, I'd call around junk yards for the control arms. You can probably find an aftermarket replacement for the struts at a parts store. Take them with you so you can find a reasonable facsimile.

when was the timing belt last changed. ? could be this.
also check breather lines all of them there may be a blockage.
check spark plugs and leads this can also lead to this fault. an damaged or week lead or spark plug will take more to get going. leads can wear out and go hard and crack inside. spark plugs gaine in the gap size over time.
