So to answer your question no not all three, it would however triggerr the EVAP code p0442 , the other codes could have been original stored and just came out latter so cnacell all codes and see if any return.

Since P0345 refers to a circuit issue, get the wiring diagram and check the circuit before assuming you have a bad sensor. If the circuit checks out, then consider replacing the sensor. After that, clear the codes and drive to see if they come back.

P0011 - "A" Camshaft Position - Timing Over-Advanced or System Performance (Bank 1)

What does that mean?
A code P0011 refers to the VVT (variable valve timing) or VCT (variable camshaft timing) components and the car's PCM (powertrain control module, also called an ECM). That consists of a few different components but the P0011 DTC specifically refers to the camshaft (cam) timing. Hi, a P0018 definition is Crankshaft Position - Camshaft Position Correlation (Bank 2 Sensor A). A P0022 definition is "A" Camshaft Position - Timing Over-Retarded (Bank 2).

As for the cost to fix, I'm not sure off-hand. A qualified technician should be able to diagnose that likely within 1-2 hours of shop time.

Could be timing chain on your 3.0L v-6 could have jump timing or you just have a bad cam sensor.
