Hold light flashing and security light flashing 2 long 4 short
2004 suzuki verona: the transmission starts off in third gear..idle Here's one for you ..... My verona started doing the samething . Checked the code (crankshaft sensor A low voltage) cleared the code , but it came back ...Checked all fuses, all OK.. Started the car , while running pulled the fuse for trans control mod .(drivers side dash panel) Light stop flashing ... Put the fuse back in . No more shift problems ..... from what i have read, it is design to cut the gas supply so no one can still your car. Mine car wouldn't crank at all with the light blinking. turn the key to the on position and wait 10 minutes. turn it off and try to crank it. it has worked every time on mine. I have also read to cut the LITTLE yellow wire that runs from ignition,but i don't feel comfortable cutting wires even though you can always reattch the wire.

Does it start and die after 1-2 seconds or just cranks and never fires? Did it run before you installed the computer or are you trying to cure a no start problem?

The Passlock "system" causes the security light to blink intermentally. When this occurs, the PassLock security system shuts off the fuel to the car and the car will not start for about 10 minutes. After about 10 minutes, it starts fine. Leave the key to "ON" position for 10 minutes. You will hear clicking noises coming from within the dash after 10 mins. This means you can now start your engine. You might need to replace the passlock sensor to resolved the problem. You may try the alternative key in doing this.
