When turn ignition to art engine cranks over but wont run immobilizer light goes on then off then stays on.
Make sure the key isn't on a keyring, and if you have a spare key try holding it against the ignition barrel whilst trying to start the car. Failing that, it's an auto electrician job. China OBD2 car diagnostic tools wholesale on CareUCar

sounds alot the the pcm it controls the fuel pump and ign system but the anti theft would keep it from starting because the key has a transponder in it programmed for that vehicle and that would kill all ign if triggered

How about we start with scanning the engine codes? That will direct you to the specific reason the engine light is on and save you a lot of time and energy chasing your tail with potentially wrong leads elsewhere.. The check engine light only flashes on when a sensor has been detected out of range or malfunctioning. The PCV valve would not constitute as a sensor and would not flag the ECU.

see if your engine has a ECT sensor (temp sensor that delivers information to your ECM) they are installed on the intake side of the cylinder head, it usually has 2 cables, have it checked replace if necesary

Ok...what you need to determine next is if the fuel pump is operating. Turn the key to the on position and have someone listen at the tank. If you can't hear it, it's not on. (that can be pump relay, pump or sometimes asd relay) to quick check relays see if you can feel each click when the key is turned on. If you can get the pump to run by banging on the tank bottom go no further and replace the pump. Most relays are the exact same and can be interchanged as well (except abs relay)
If the pump is coming on the next item to check is the crank position sensor. You will need a digital multi-meter and a manual for the test, but if you shoot some carb cleaner into the intake and the engine starts (do while cranking) likely it is OK and then back to the pump or get a chiltons manual and a meter and do complete testing. Battery needs to be fully charged or any tests are invalid.
