You could possibly have an air leak in your intake, hense the engine cutting out at low revs. Check your piping from the air filter to the intake manifold, and also your intake sensor.
Unplug the sensor and if it does the same thing then thats your problem.

Nissan 1400 Bakkie: 1999. Above 2000 revs the bakkie starts missing. Rev meter bounces up an down. Replaced points, condensor, plug cables and fuel filter. problem persits.

check all the grounds in engine bay its a ignition prob thats why the tacho is up/down because it gets the rev signal from the ignition system

I drive a Nissan 1400 bakkie (not a champ) i drives good and then starts jerking and wants to die as soon i i give petrol it sounds like its smothering

hi, personally ..i love that bakkie. Ok you changed points condensor, petrol filter! please check.. When it cuts out 1. if the ignition coil is not hot, if so thats your problem.2. also on the carb... over the needle and seat there is a tiny filter... somtimes gets blocked. 3. also check when it stolls if the fuel pump is not hot or pull the outlet fuel from the pump
and crank the engine... note if fuel comes out sufficiently.

My nissan interstar van wont start like battery dead and its charged fully

Battery with a dead cell can still show 12.5-13.8 volts but when any draw is put on it will drop voltage like a rock such as cutting on the headlights. They may look ok to begin with but will dim very quickly. I would start here by having the battery load tested.

Engine is not ticking over at the correct RPM

first try using redexe fuel additive (a full bottle to 5gallons)to clean injectors/fuel pump.
your car has a fuel cutoff valve, saves fuel when coasting(over 1800 revs,if you put car in nuetral going down hill you use fuel,so you are wasting fuel in neutral.but you have read the handbook cos it tells you in there.......

Toyota hilux surf immobiliser problem.

My KZTE Double Cab Bakkie (Utlity vehicle) comes with a Factory fitted central locking system
Yesterday the Remote would not un-lock the vehicle. The battery in the remote has been checked and seems ti be OK. I managed to open the vehicle (coat hanger through rubber on door method), when opening teh door the alarm went off (hooter etc). I placed the remote in the de-activating housing but it did not de-activate the alarm. I am now driving around with the flashers going for 20 seconds or so every time I open a door, but teh vehicle drives (I took out the hooter fuse to keep my sanity)..

Please help
