Check connectors at pump for power or broken wire.

I had same problem in my 90 deville. Drove myself crazy, I replaced the sending unit in the tank with a new fuel pump. I also had to replace the fuel pressure regulator, which sits behind the rail system. It worked for me.

Wow...BIG problem...I'd say you have a bad ECM - maybe you hooked it up "hot"? otherwise, check all grounds for secure connections.
Good Luck

1996 mitsubishi mirage 1.5L,ENGINE shut off while moving; ignition,ECM ,CKP sensor,ECM relays were REPLACED and still doing the same. Crank and START fine but few minutes it DIES

Check fuel pressure system, e.i. file pump pressure, fuel pump itself (most are inside fuel tank) fuel rail pressure (if equipped) plugged or restricted fuel filter.

The only way my 1990 ford f150 enline 6 will crank is if fuel is put down the throttle body

Possibly the fuel filters are clogged, should be 2 both located on the frame rail, if not these could be your fuel pump relay, I would check these before going for the Fuel Pumps, yes there are 2 one in the tank and 1 on the frame rail.

I have a 1990 ford f-150 4x4 that is not getting fuel to the engine. I have changed both fuel tanks and pumps, checked the fuel filter and relays. Please help.

A mechanic would check the injectors for voltage and for a ground signal from the computer.
The injectors get power from the EEC relay near the battery.
The ECM computer gets a signal for the coil and the injectors from the module mounted on the side of the distributor.

It's a 1991 deville, the fuel pump is not pumping fuel, all fuses are good, sat for awhile, runs if you dump fuel in intake, 30 seconds

Hello, did you check the fuel pump relay also? It is in position H in the fuse box under the panel on the passenger side. Can you hear the fuel pump run when you turn the key on? Fuel filter clean?
Checked fuel pressure at the fuel rail? If the fuel pump is not coming on, need to determine if it has voltage at the connector on the tank. If voltage is present, and ground is good, then the pump is bad. I hope this helps.

1990 Deville, new fuel pump, new ICM, 40 psi on fuel rail, got spark, start the car and it runs fine for short time then dies. I have found out that something kills power to the injectors. Shut the hood,...

Replace the fuel Pump relay in the Power distribution box under the hood. Also, start checking the wiring harness back to the fuel pump for shorts. Most likely this is the relay cutting out every time it is pumped or jiggled but it is possible, however slight, that the problem is a short.

1990 DEVILLE. Posted 6-14. New BCM, new fuel pump, new relay, still no fuel. Have tested wires, I get a brief 12 volts to grey wire on connector to fuel pump when key is turned on, then nothing. I can hear...

That is correct for initial prime, then fuel pump works off of crank sensor.Fuel pump is ussually controlled through ECM not Bcm.Have you checked for fuel preasure when you first turn on key,

1990 ford F150 4 x 4 5L

Then the engine fuse may be blown it will be marked ECM I think, the fuel pump and injector circuits are two seperate systems, the fuel pump most likely has a stuck relay.
