As long as there is power to stereo i usually try this first see if it has a factory reset button any where usually a pin sized hole if not disconect the battery and re conect the battery usually spits the cd out and resets it

there is small pinhole on the front of the player, you need to push thin stiff wire (paper clip straightened up will do) and this will mechanically release lock on the players doors, retract the doors fully and remove the dvd's.

You will need to remove the player from the dash to get the CD out. Remove the player and then remove the cover from the player. You should be able to get the CD out.

How do you remove a stuck cd magazine from cd player in vehicle?
does your cd player have a removeable face plate if so take it off and if not well then you will use the same tool as well , get a pair of tweezers and flatten them out as much as possible but use a small hammer then get a screwdriverand pry it open just slightly place some masking tape on the inside where the tweezers will clamp down not to scatch the cd place an object in the opening of your cd player to keep the flap openwith a small flash light look for the cd and turn the cd player on and have someone press the eject button while you pull on the cd and walla it will eject it with your help . good luck

Cd player will not eject
Heres the method I have been using since CD's came out...
Gently slide another CD into the slot, keep hold of it! dont let it slide all the way in.
Once its about halfway in, GENTLY push down on it as you pul it back out.
The stuck CD should come sliding right out with it.

If there was a Mechanical Failure inside the CD Player then you are going to have to remove the Player, and mechanically disassemble the Player to (1) Remove the CD, (2) Repair the Player for future use...

OEM CD player is stuck
have you tried disconnecting the battery cables? if this does not work, a CD may be stuck in it! You will have to remove the changer and open it up to remove the cd!

I have a 2005 Ford 500. I have twoo CD"S stuck in the player. How do I remove them?

It's not that hard to fix it yourself.

for your 2003 TL
1. first remove the CD player (this is the hard part).
2. with the CD player removed, unscrew the top cover (4 or 5 screws) on the CD player.
3. with the top cover removed you can see the stuck CD.
4. all you have to do now is just push the CD out and reinstall

should be the same for your 04 TL but im not sure

Problem solved by removing a CD with a thicj paper label causing Error. MP3 CD's are working fine now.
