My windshield washer fluid is not coming out. The washer fluid pump was replaced, but when I push the lever nothing comes out and you can't hear the motor doing anything. Could it be a fuse? Where do I find the bad fuse if that is the problem?

I have a 2003 Jetta and the fuse box is between the dashboard and the drivers side door. There is a lid that covers it on the dashboard side. Inside there is a diagram/fuse card. The card has one top rectangular series of fuses numbered 8 through 23. Below is a square series numbered 24 through 44. The washer fuse is number 24 on the top left of the bottom square series. For me, I checked the fuse and it was good, therefore I am assuming that my pump is dead.

the washer pipe will have blown appart.this happens if you opperate the rear washer when it is frozen.it will either be off in the tailgate usually when this happens there is water around the catch when you open the tailgate.or in the headlining in the left rear, have a feel and see if the headlining is wet.to avoid this reoccuring use a good screenwash with frost protection.
