Since purchasing this car 3 years ago, I've seen a steady increase in electrical issues. The cigarette lighter never worked, then the heating/ac panel won't light up. Now the cruise control won't work and my headlights are incredibly dim (fresh bulbs). Fuse box under hood and by door all seem okay. Thoughts?
Sounds like all that might be tied together on the same circuit. Find a layout of your fuse panel and check to see if they are all one circuit.
Either that or some kinda short circuit is draining all the power from the source/.

Yah, usually about 4 clips I believe, near the corners. Tried a quick pull eh? If you don't want to go through all of that, by a 12vdc test light if you don't have one already, and very carefully & steady (don't touch side & bottom at same time, you'll pop the fuse) touch probe at dead center of the socket, with other end attached to good ground, it will light up if power there. Or, take fuse out for lighter, and use a screwdriver or something to scrape & clean the contact at bottom center of the socket, and then replace fuse, & try socket to see if it's working.Sometimes it's just a dirty contact.

If the horn and cruise control isn't working this is a recall. I had the same problem on my Plymouth Voyager and now have a Town and Country
