My radio works but my CD player is stuck on ejecting nothing is ejecting and there are no noises coming from the CD player when turned on, the slot is very thin but nothing is stuck! Could it be a fuse?? We're would I find the fuses! The CD player takes 6 CDs in one slot in the dash of the car ! I can not remove it!!
Heres the method I have been using since CD's came out...
Gently slide another CD into the slot, keep hold of it! dont let it slide all the way in.
Once its about halfway in, GENTLY push down on it as you pul it back out.
The stuck CD should come sliding right out with it.

i advise takeing it to ur local honda dealer... if u are useing copied cds make sure u dont tell them that, they most likely will order u a new unit if under warranty still or under a honda care contract

The only way to fix your problem is to have a radio repair shop take it apart. You cannot fix this on your own. Remove the radio or get a quote from a repair shop first. If you cannot find a repair shop , talk to the parts guys at you local ford dealer about sending it out for repair.

One common solution is to disconnect the negative battery cable for 10minutes. When you reconnect, the stereo should reset itself and allow you to eject your CD's . Best of luck!

you really need to take the cd changer out of the dash,and then open the cd changer ,is one of you cds is making the problem,ones is remove it should be working fine,good luck
