No light comes on like low coolant

Your heater core has gone bad and needs to be replaced, If you go to Auto Zone you can pick up a new heater core and they will have the step by step instructions to doing the job yourself. If your lucky, may be the radiator hose to the heater core has failed at the cores pipes and it's only the hose that needs to be replaced but thinking not. You can get by pass the heater core for now so you can still get around till you pick up the new Heater core. Follow the two hose that goes to the fire wall and disconnect both of them from the pipe from the firewall, then with a pipe and two clamps, connect the two hose together and that's how you by pass the heater core. Good luck friend and hope this helps.

If it's the water pump, you should be able to see it dripping just behind the pulley. The seal on the water pump is usually what goes. If there is antifreeze drips all over the front of the engine, and it drips a bit after you shut it off, it likely is the water pump.
If it runs poorly when you first start it in the morning, however, you could still have a head gasket problem. If that is the case, you will see a lot of white exhaust, which is the cylinder blowing the antifreeze out. One thing you can do is run it with the rad cap off, and see if it continues to bubble. If it does, then your head gasket is leaking. I am assuming it is a V6, so keep in mind that you have 2 head gaskets. The other oine could be gone now if it wasn't replaced.

Not good news , and hate to tell you ,but the head gasket is blown between 2 cylinders. Had this happen to me .No white smoke, no coolant in the oil, but if the engine overheats in a short time ,You will notice the coolant will blow out the radiator ,if the cap is removed. Also if the engine is a quad 4 ,you also will need to change timming chain and tesionors. Tough job. If you bought from a dealer they should repair the problem. If not, I would consider engine replacement with a good used engine. It would save alot of work ,and in the long run ,a used motor ,with lower miles, would be the choice I would make. If you choose to repair old engine , there could be other issues. Warped or cracked head, damaged cylinder walls,ect... hope this will help in your decision.
