Question about 2010 Jeep Liberty
Ac or heat wont blow out any vent on an level low or high. Blower motor sounds like its running but nothing comes out.
This is definitely 100% the Blower Motor Resistor.
Replace this and all speeds will work fine.
This Resistor is defined with 3 to 4 wires going into it, and is located adjacent to the Blower Motor.
It is easily access, removed and replaced.
I will post an additional comment on Part Number, Price and where available.

Testimonial: "thank you so much!!!"
Look for a vacuum leak to the heater contols, most likly a hose fell off at the intake manifold area.I bet the engine is running a little fast also.

It sounds like the flap that controls air flow is stuck. It is controlled by vacuum. The vacuum line could be leaking, the line could be off, or the vacuum actuator could be faulty. Hope this helped.
