Topping up oil in my 350 super duty when the paper gasket on the oil bottle fell into the oil refill and went into the engine. It is made of a paper product about 3/4 inch round and less than a 23inch thick with no foil on it .Is this a problem.

Probably not. Not because it is made of paper, but because of the size.
Its too big to stop up most oil passages and the pick up screen in the pump, even if it did make it down to the oil pan.
Time will tell.

SOURCE: 2000 ford super duty 7.3 diesel will not cold start

you need to have the engine coolant switch checked, since the computer relies solely on sensors, the ect tells the computer how cold or hot it is so the computer will make it a rich or lean mixture to start the engine,if it tells the computer that it is 75 degrees the computer will lean the mixture like starting a car in the winter without a choke.

SOURCE: rear differential leaking on ford f-350 super duty

if you have never done one its best to take to dealer because you have to remove drive shaft and then rear pinion nut and remove seal the tricky part is you have to buy new crush sleeve and thats what sets your pinon depth so that pinion rides in middle of ring gear its called setting your pinion depth if over tighten will hurt bearings and or ring gear and if under tighten will be verry noisey and cause ring and pinion failure best to let someone with special tools and knows what thier doing i use to do all chevy diff at my old dealer your use inch torque wrench to measure the drag on pinion nut and then use 1/2 inch impack to tighten the nut people freak because impack is rated at 600 ft pds but your using inch torque wrench to check drag not how tight nut is good luck

How to replace the oil pan gasket?

Drain oil, remove oil pan bolts, drop pan, scrape remnants of old gasket off, attach new gasket to pain using silicone gasket sealer (Permatex) and reinstall & refill w/oil. Some applications require loosening motor mounts and raising engine a couple of inches to clear cross members.

Hi i am going throug 2lters of antifrezz a month ford said i need a knew collant bottle and it is 1100.00 to replace it what is it and does the price sound right no white smook and no oil antifezz in the...

that price sounds very reasonable. The bottle takes the place of the old style radiator. That bottle holds the pressure of the entire system and that could be 16 pounds. Those bottles are also known for cracking and developing leaks.

Where is the oil pump on a 2003 F350 Super DutyFord

I'm guessing since this a 350 super duty, it is a diesel. Is so, the oil pump is on the front of the engine, behind the front cover. Don't know what kind of problem you might be having, but the engine has to be removed from the vehicle to access the oil pump

2003 f350 6.0 deisel passenger side head leaking coolant to external on start-up as engine becomes warm completely stops leaking

check to ensure that coolant is not leaking into the oil. I would change the head gasket as so as possible. the reason it appears to stop leaking is because the components get warm and expand.

2005 f350 blows white smoke when on the throttle hard.

Could possibley be a coolant leak, but no guranteed, if too much fuel is being injected for the amount of air entering, diesel fuel can cause a white smoke. I would check the air filter first. Is the boost gauge working, and if so how many PSI of boost are entering the engine?
