Fuses are located by the side of the dash board when you open the driver's door. The fuel pump fuse is situated in there.
SOURCE: Cant open fuel filler door, where is the switch?
I have a 97 and there is no release for it. Just push on the right end of the gas cap door to open it. Hope that helps.
SOURCE: location of fuel filter on a 2001 audi tt quattro
On a 2001 Audi TT Quattro the fuel filter is located forward of the fuel tank, in the right rear wheel well area. The fuel line clamps are a bit tricky. The change will improve performance. The owners manual does not even list changing the filter. But do it! use a Fram, and it fit perfectly. Good luck.
SOURCE: Audi A3 Replacement of dash board with second hand one.
Hi Tuatahi, Begin by leaving the ignition key in the barrel, and leaving it in the off position. You will have to be very careful during the whole job as you will be working with a live electrical system. remove the steering wheel, (usually requiring a puller). Unscrew the steering column cowling and remove the halves.Next remove the stalk controls and instrument panel by removing the screws around the top of the housing. Pull it gently towards you and disconnect the plugs behind it They have shaped matched sizes and cannot be mixed up. Remove the ash tray and other lockers and remove the self tapping and machine screws which mount the dash peripheries. Remove the center consul and then the center furnishings. When disconnecting the music/ navigation system you will find that the sockets cannot be mixed with each other. The climate control is also designed in a similar manner. The single cables and micro fittings should be carefully labeled and identified on the replacement dash before fitting so that any modifications that are required can be made at the time between removal and fitting. Remove the glove locker and disconnect the air bag cable connections. Disconnect all switches and controls. The dash board will be mounted onto the vehicle superstructure by the use of ten, eleven, twelve and thirteen mm nuts and bolts, also look for any machine and self tapping screws which may be fitted. You should be able to see them with careful inspection and detective work. Once satisfied that the dash is loose gently pull it towards you. for the final removal, you will probably need to remove the front seats. Hope this helps even though it is fairly generalized. Don't forget the flash light as it can come in handy for this type of job. Let me know how you get on, I am interested? Regards John
