Question about Peugeot 206
The central locking on my Peugeot 206cc does not lock or unlock the doors or boot from the remote key buttons. The lights flash but locks don't work. The doors lock manually by key, but the bootlid does not Also the folding roof doesn't operate, maybe because the boot won't unlock ?. Any suggestions please.
Have you tried to disconnect battery terminal and wait for 5 minutes before connecting again to check the remote locking?

Check the fob battery because if the battery has gone then you can't immobilise the car immobiliser which in turn doesn't let you start the engine however it cranking. open the bonnet and remove the clips of car battery for a good 15-20 minutes and put them back and check your remote key and try to start your car. If nothing happens then let your car diagnosed by a experienced mechanic who is able to read out the ecu codes.
