USE MASTER SWITCH ON DRIVER SIDE TO MAKE THE PASSENGER SIDE WINDOWS WORK.IF BOTH WORK YOUR SWITCH IS BAD.ON THAT DOOR.OR THE DOOR ELECTRIC MOTOR IS BAD.BUT IF NEITHER WORK YOU HAVE A BAD FUSE OR RELAY.

well, the first thing is to check the fuses and or relay for power windows.should be listed in your owners manual. if ok, then remove switch from drivers side window and check for power. if power to the switch then use a jumper wire from power side to motor side of switch. if window works then its the switch causing the problem. was regulator bad? did it work from drivers side switch before you did regulator repair?..if so passenger side switch wiring has issue and is not sending signal through it back to the drivers side master switches.. otherwise you need to pin test for power up power down on drivers side switch and repair that if issue going to the window on passenger side.. (possible pinched at door jam area common)
The motor on the passenger side is shorted and is now tripping the circuit breaker. Odds are, the back window motor is also bad. You have to take the panel off to check the motor. You can power it directly to verify it has failed.
I had the same problem with my driver side window, so I just replaced the power window motor. It took less than an hour, cost about $35 or $40 and it works perfectly now.
