Find the loose tappet cover and replace the gasket. Check that the PCV valve is working and relieving the sump pressure.

Make sure you oil the rubber seal on the oil filter and tighten the oil filter 3/4 of a turn more after the seal is flush with the bracket.

your valve cover gasket may have blown. This can happen if you overfill above the required dipstick level. take off the valve cover and check the gasket. Better to be under the level than over. The oil preassure will try to blow from where ever there is a weak gasket.

SOURCE: oil leak
Could be the cam seal. It is the only thing keeping oil in the motor between the head and calve cover. Usually they will stick to the cam on a cold morning and spinout of place and allow the oil to pass onto the side of the engine.

clean your engine and look very carefully where the oil leak really come from, the cause why this leak happen, the engine was shutdown while the engine temperature is hot. usually the leak will come from the turbo. the engine must be idle for 3-5min before shutting off.

if it's a diesiel the it's coming from your oil line to your turbo. if it is gas then it could be a leak coming from a leaking valve cover gasket.
