Front reading lamps do not work 04 buick regal

Right side of the I/P, in the right front door opening

i'd check the lighting relays located in the engine compartment fuse box, lid should give a list of what relay does what funtion

Turn signal tail lights and BRAKE LIGHTS NOT WORKING

It can be faulty brake light switch causing the problem or its blown brake light bulb. First check and confirm brake light lamp is working and that's not the case.

For turn signal not working it can be faulty turn signal switch or its issue with wiring:----

It can be loose wiring or issue with bulb or the battery is weak or brake light socket getting short somewhere.Car lights getting dim,there are many such common issues noticed.I will share some familiar help links,related to your problem.

take out the headlights look at the back there are round pieces of rubber take whichever one u need to change off then just twist the back of the bulb counterclockwise and it should pop right out

Check from your turn siganl fuse, from the cluster switch to the sequential switcher unit. Use a multimeter to check for the voltage that has to flow through these circuits. Finally trace them to the front and rear lamps. If the volatge is absent on any of these units you will need to replace. So check once again fuse, switch and Unit. You can use a 12 test lamp to also check the voltage even without any mltimeter. Hope this advice helps you to identify . Good day

Notes FOG LAMP BULB REPLACEMENT - FRONT

REMOVAL PROCEDURE

1. Remove the front bumper fascia deflector.
2. Disconnect the electrical connector from the front fog lamp bulb/socket. CAUTION: Refer to Halogen Bulb Caution in Service Precautions.

1. Rotate the front fog lamp bulb/socket counterclockwise to release.
2. Remove the fog lamp bulb/socket from the front fog lamp assembly.

1. Install the fog lamp bulb/socket to the fog lamp rotating clockwise until fully seated. CAUTION: Refer to Halogen Bulb Caution in Service Precautions.

1. Connect the electrical connector to the front fog lamp bulb/socket.
2. Install the front bumper fascia deflector.

sorry,but no.don't take all the way out.you can get enough room.

I haven't owned or worked on a Regal of that year, the newest one I've worked on was an '88. Best bet would be to pick up a service manual, and it should tell you how to tear apart your instrument cluster, and get to the lamps to replace them.
