The shaking only happens when I am accelerating past 30 mph, but when I reach a desired speed and stay that speed, the shaking stops. The shaking also stops when I let off the gas. Does anyone know what the problem be, and if so, what might it cost to fix at a local shop (so I don't get ripped off!)

It could be a motor mount check the condition of it or it can be that something with the suspension might need attention . . those things can cause vibration at certain speeds
