It would be one of them that looks like a book with a ! But don't know witch one exactly hopefully that narrows your search down to a couple to pull and check
I do not see the fuse in that picture. Is that the engine fusebox? I believe that the lighter socket fuse should be in the interior fusebox.
Which is the one to change the lighter socket fuse?

The cigarette fuse is located in the battery junction box under the hood, it is fuse # 10 and is a 20A fuse, open the hood and find the box it is on the passenger side towards the back of the compartment, it is 10th in line on the top row, also you can check these fuses without removing them through the clear plastic top so that should make things a little easier too, hope this helps

Yes there is a fuse corresponding to this which has cut off. It is located in the car under the driver frontage.
