Try looking at systems from a later model, if you are replacing everything anyway. the only draw back is you would have to convert the other belt driven accs. to a cerpentine belt

2000 GMC Yukon air conditioner how to replace and what do I need to do

How have you deemed that it is a faulty "air conditioner", and not an AC system that is just low or depleted of Freon and needs recharged? If it is truly a bad AC motor/pump, we are talking about recovering the Freon from the system, which is complicated and requires training in its own, and then replacing the physical part, and then recharging the system accurately and properly.
Typically something better left to trained professionals and not made for the DIY home mechanic.

Coil on a/c compressor

If you are talking about the part behind the pulley on the compressor, its part of the clutch assembly.
You get the pulley and coil as a kit which bolts to the shaft.
Check the online auto parts stores for ac clutch.

THE LOW PRESSURE SIDE IS THE LARGER OF THE TWO LINES COMMING FROM THE AC COMPRESSOR, THE AC COMPRESSOR LOOKS LIKE THE PHOTO BELOW.64512e2.jpg

Air conditioner blows hot air

check for a loose connection on the A/C compressor, just behind the pulley/clutch or it might need to be recharged, if the car is r134a ready then it will cost about 40 bucks to get a simple recharge kit from an auto parts store.

2003 MALIBU AIR CONDITIONER

Love mine too. I had the same prob with the a/c...found a fix online where you take the switch panel out, take it apart, clean the contacts with alcohol and then write on them with a #2 pencil (coat them with the lead) and then reassemble and it worked like a charm for me. Mine started to do it again this year, but it at the end of summer and I didn't get around to doing it again, but will before I need the a/c again. And time again for front brakes and rotors for me! 85k and going strong!

AC is not working

Sounds like the A/C system just needs to be recharged. When was the last time you had this done? Just take it in to your mechanic and he can do it for you and if that's not it for some reason, then he will be able to find the problem but most likely you need more freon added.

96 park ave air ride system

I don't know of one. The struts are Monroe 171798, and you can go to gmpartsdirect.com for the sensor and compressor. The air tubes may be hard to find, save yours or go to a junk yard.
