Car was left not used for 10 days changed battery central locking was working with car key as normal and car started always first time after changing the battery central locking works as normal but car wont start if I remove fus 19 car will start but central locking wont work how can I solve this problem on a Audi sport 1994

leave ign off with key out 3mins disconnet battery 5 mins reconnett and press lock/ unlock repeatedly until locks cycle through to re sync try this any probs come back to me

will your passenger door open with the key and is it just one side that your windows are not working or both. if its just one side it might be your regulator motor in the door thats not working if its both it might be your central locking pump usually in the boot. however if both of them are working fine it could be that your key needs reprogrammed however i think the 1st 2 are more likely to be the problem.

try locking and unlocking the car with the key 3 times slowly ,other than that i have no idea ?? another trick is to disconnect battery and join the cables together for a few minutes to discharge any capacitors that may be holding a charge in the computer..Only other thing i can think of is the main dealers who have the right connectors and software to re set it all .sorry i havent been of any help

If im not mistaken,your car should have an alarm reset/override.Below the steering column,on the dash should be a slot where you put your remote transmitter to deactivate the alarm.If that works,you then need to have your remote checked and coded by a vw dealer.Good luck.
