Do you know how to do electrical testing ? How to read a wiring diagram ? The running light's and the dash lights are powered by headlamp switch . When you turn the headlamps to park or headlamps on B+ voltage is sent to the BCM . The headlamp switch is an input to the BCM - body control module , do you know what that is ?

I have a 2003 Town and Country mini-van and I lost power to all my ... In addition to this my wipers, headlight controls, blinker controls, power door locks, and A/C/heat controls are out as well. The odd thing is that the power windows work, the power sideview mirrors work, the radio and ceiling lights also work.

I wouldn't drive any vehicle more than a couple of days,
no matter what System Malfunction Indicator Lamp
you get on the dash

Have it checked for codes,diagnosed & repaired

As a reminder that no here seems to mention

One somewhat common issue, would be a
Wheel Speed Sensor or other things related
to the braking system

check for chauffed wiring under dash around steering column and brake pedal, as for your rear brake/side light you have probably put the bulb in the wrong position remove bulb and rotate and retry

Check the head light switch and the ground of the fuses.

Start by setting your auto headlight switch to off if this solves it replace your headlight switch If your car is equipped with daytime running lights there could be a short bridging them with your auto head lights look for broken or frayed wires do this also if you have installed or had someone install an aftermarket stereo or speakers/sub woofer, amplifier. check your relays first (after the fuses) and the vacuum lines if you have those for the 4 wheel drive. Hope that helps
