I have a 2007 Toyota Corolla. Went for emissions test after replacing the battery and we failed the test. It showed 'Not Ready' because of the new battery.

You must perform an OBD2 drive cycle to make ready for testing.
Toyota Drive Cycle for Setting Smog Check Readiness Monitors
  • Fuel tank at 1/2.
  • Engine cold start idle for 10 minutes.
  • Drive at highway speed 55-60 mph with steady throttle for 16 minutes.
  • Return to idle for three minutes with engine running in park.
  • Drive again at medium speed 40 mph for eight minutes.
  • Return to idle for three minutes.
  • Repeat next day.

Suzuki 2007 forenza drive cycle

In addition to redline's answer, you should drive the car in both highway and city type traffic for that 50-100 miles. The engine needs to be at normal operating temp during the drive and it can be done in stages or all in one trip.

Failed emission test, fixed it . went back they told me to go on the internet find 2007 suzuki drive cycle??? been doing research, but find nothing??? How should i do this?

the "drive cycle" is anywhere from 25-125 miles after a "reset" has occurred . (usually 75 in my experience)
this is the period where the ECU learns things, and runs its diagnostics. expect better gas mileage after this period usually.

I have a toyota corolla 2003 and recently went for an emissions test and passed. The day after my emission test, the engine light went on. I tried to unscrew and rescrew the gas tank cap, but it didn't...

After tightening the gas cap, you will have to drive the car a few 'cycles' before the light goes off. If that doesn't work, have the trouble codes read to find out exactly what is wrong and causing the light to illuminate.

Auto toyota automatico ce 1.8L 2007 alumbro check

Hi, I believe their is a TSB for your model. You'll want to check with the dealer because if the ECM needs replacement it should be covered under the emissions warranty. More info @ P0607
